What is the minimum rental period for a unit?

Our minimum rental period is one month. However, we offer flexible options for longer rental periods based on your needs.

Are storage units secure?

Our storage unit area is well-lit and is accessed by gate code entry. We also have an onsite management office.

What hours for access to the storage units?

We offer 24 hour access to your unit through a gate code entry system.

What height are the doors on the storage units?

Our storage units offer roll up doors with an 8' opening.

What items are not allowed in the storage units?

We do not allow hazardous materials, flammable items, perishable items, or illegal items to be stored in our units. Please refer to our rental agreement for a full list of prohibited items.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit in the amount equal to a month's rent is required.

NOTICE: Storage units are not for use for residential living or business offices.
